The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and different sections of the Explosive Substance Act.

The informant named Fekan Das, Manoj Das, Gujjar Das and Dhananjay Das, the petitioner and alleged that after seeing the informant Fekan Das hurled a bomb which exploded near his legs but the informant fled away towards his house. The informant further alleged that another accused person hurled bomb and fled away after making firing in air. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Specific allegation is against only Fekan Das. The informant got injuries which are simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above
