JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and further added section 366, 420 of the I.P.C As per allegation in the F.I.R, it is a case of forcefully abduction of a girl aged about 18 years, who is informant herself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely implicated in this case. It is also mentioned in the F.I.R that co-accused persons abducted the victim girl by administering intoxicated water. Both the parties have filed joint compromise petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44453 of 2021(4) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Panjwara P.S.Case No. 44 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Banka stands rejected.
