In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection A.T.S. Bihar P.S. Case No.03 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(B), 489(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that from his possession fake currency notes of Rs.50,000/- has been recovered.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year judicial custody.
