Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that on recovery of a dead body, local people got agitated and set ablaze the government vehicle and also pelted stones on the police party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner nor does have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in Raxaul (Haraiya) P.S. Case no. 270/2014.
