JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was Postmaster of concerned Post Office in which the informant had got opened his account for deposit of amount of NAREGA Scheme. The accusation of the petitioner is that he as well as accused embezzled the amount deposited in the account of the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub Judge II, Muzaffarpur in
