JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(g) and 32(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the Honda City car and the driver has disclosed the name of the petitioner as owner of the vehicle and he also disclosed that petitioner was coming in another car, which has also been seized and petitioner succeeded in fleeing away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not the owner of the car and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32467 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 In view of above allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
