2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27416 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of the aforesaid bail petition, the words "satisfaction of learned Assistant Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, Excise Nalanda at Biharsharif" have been typed in place of the words "satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Nalanda at Biharsharif". Accordingly, the mistakes have been carried in the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27416 of 2019.
4. Let the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27416 of 2019 be treated as modified to read the words as "satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Nalanda at Biharsharif" in place of the words "satisfaction of learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40484 of 2019 dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Assistant Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, Excise Nalanda at Biharsharif".
5. Accordingly, time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27416 of 2019 is hereby extended by a period of two weeks from today.
