Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,302 of I.P. C and 27 of Arms Act.
The informant claims to be an eye witness of the occurrence and according to FIR, the petitioner is assailant of Manoranjan Paswan by causing firearm injury.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 10 persons are named as accused. Some of them were on duty at some different place. No other eye witness has supported the allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2020. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Fatuha P.S.Case No.103 of 2019 pending in the court of learned
