ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party no.2 by order dated 9.3.2016 passed by District and Sessions Judge, Patna in A.B.P. No.7083 of 2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.28684 of 2014. On going through the records of the case, I do not find any reasons for cancelling the bail of the private Opposite Party no.2 and hence, the application stands rejected.
