The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.07.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12288 of 2011, whereby the petitioner had been directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order. Considering the grounds mentioned in paragraph nos.5 and 6 of this petition, this modification application is

Further thirty days time from today is granted to the petitioner for preferring an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.
The order dated 12.07.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12288 of 2011 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
