JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19487 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was arrested in some other case before surrender in this case. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46562 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 06.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19487 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
