JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and, admittedly, the marriage of deceased was solemnized in the year 1999 and, after that, her second marriage was performed in the year 2000. The deceased started residing at her matrimonial home and gave birth to two children out of her wedlock but it is alleged that husband of the deceased had illicit relation with his sister-in-law which was opposed by the deceased and, lastly, she was killed by her husband and in-laws including the petitioner and her dead body was disposed of.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16272 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 169 of 2015.
