This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhaka (Pachapakari) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused and he has criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
