JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, two persons were dashed by the motorcycle and subsequently, the aforesaid motorcycle was seized and handed over to the police. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with several other persons went at the house of the informant and demanded rupees fifty thousand in lieu of the seized motorcycle. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since long.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
