2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) a writ of certiorari setting aside the order dated 06.07.2015 (Annexure-7) passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reform Darbhanga Sadar in case No. 716 of 2013-14 and also setting aside the order dated 15.12.2015 (Annexure-10) passed by the Commissioner, Darbhanga Division Darbhanga

Patna High Court CWJC No.24069 of 2018(3) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 in land Dispute Appeal No. 208 of 2015. Whereby and where under the both the order passed in the light of order dated 24.06.2014 (Annexure-8) passed in CWJC No. 1091 of 2013 with I.A. No. 1572/2013 of this Hon'ble High Court corum of Honourable the Chief Justice and Honourable Mr. Justice Ashwani Kumar Singh which was set aside by order dated 28.03.2017 by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No. 4726 of 2017 (Annexure-9) (ii) Any other writ/writs for granting any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent, DCLR Sadar, Darbhanga in which it has been recorded that in BLDR Case No. 2013-14 (Rukmini Devi Vs. Ajay Khatik), the matter was heard and dismissed on 06.07.2015 recording that the party should go before the Competent Civil Court.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, dismissed for non-prosecution.
