The said order is reproduced below for ready reference: "Now that the NOC has been issued in favour of the petitioner, the concerned authorities are directed now to authorize the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1720 of 2017(6) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 pension, gratuity etc. and settle the same in favour of the petitioner without further delay, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production /communication of a copy of this order.

The statutory interest on gratuity and GPF, which is payable on the heads, will surely be accounted for, against settlement of such dues.

Writ Application stands disposed off with observation /direction as above."

It appears that the appellant claims has already been accepted. Thus, no cause of action survives. Yet this Court grants liberty to the appellant to file a representation before the concerned authority, if the appellant feels that any amount remains due.

The appeal stands disposed off.
