The petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No. 154 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, on secret information that some miscreants have assembled near Kali Mandir situated near the culvert a raid was conducted and this petitioner along with four others were apprehended on the spot. On search, one mobile phone and one hundred rupees note was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge X-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.
