Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story according to the F.I.R. is that the informant Danvir Karn had filed a written report before Kargahar P.S. stating therein that the accused persons fraudulently taken huge amount assuring him to be appointed in Army, but he had not been appointed as yet. So he demanded the aforesaid money from Pradeep Kumar. On the direction of aforesaid Pradeep Kumar, two persons arrived as his house to collect the money for aforesaid cause but were caught by the villagers and the police.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21224 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2015. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Further it has been submitted that coaccused has been granted bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 202744 of 2015. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Richa Bhargav, J.M. Ist Class, Sasaram in Kargahar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015. (Sudhir Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
