Petitioner is in custody in connection with in Misc. Excise No. 270 of 2019 arising out of P.R. No. 07 of 2019 for the offence Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 25.800 liters of Nepali Country Made Wine was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 7.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32423 of 2019(2) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, in connection with Misc. Excise No. 270 of 2019 arising out of P.R. No. 07 of 2019.
