The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in F.I.R., petitioners tried to cross their Harvester machine through their agricultural field. On protest, petitioners assaulted the informant. It is specific allegation against Raushan Singh to assault with iron rod on the head and Rahul Singh with Danda on the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of four days without valid reason. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
