Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol and one empty cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.11.2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, prior to institution of the present case, he was made accused in a case i.e. Amarpur P.S. Case no. 318/2014 for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code but in the aforesaid case, petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
