JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 3.7.2014 in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.86 of 2001 for the offences instituted under Sections 302, 307, 326, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of Arms Act Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation against the petitioner and one another co-accused is of firing causing injury to Yashwant Shukla upon which he fell down and he was taken to the clinic for treatment.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is general and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29560 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 allegation has been made against the petitioner. Other co-accused has already been granted bail vide Cr.Misc. No.30692 of 2001. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sessions Tr.No.5 of 2010 arising out of Pupri P.S. Case No.86 of 2001, G.R. No.251/01.
