JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR there is allegation against the petitioner and two other co-accused persons of pelting stones and assaulting by rod, causing death of grandmother of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case final form has been submitted not finding case true against the petitioner but learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in this case. Further submission is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Priti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 122 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
