The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 458, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The name of the petitioner figured during the course of investigation. The petitioner is in jail since 01.12.2014 but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 255/2014.
