No. 1774 of 2017 by the learned Single Judge whereby the learned Single Judge has been pleased to allow the writ petition by quashing the order of dismissal from service dated 20.12.2016.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to file a review petition in accordance with law.
