The petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2011 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Supaul.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, has already been rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31346 of 2013 on 07.02.2014. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2013. Admittedly, prayer of the petitioner for bail was refused by this Court on merit. I find no any reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly,
