It is informed on behalf of the parties that Sessions Trial No. 556 of 2013 has been posted for pronouncement of judgment but, in the meantime, informant filed Cr.Misc.No. 6212 of 2016 before this Court against the order of trial court, by which the trial court rejected the petition filed under Section 311 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel appearing for informant submits that the informant had neither filed any petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. before the trial court nor filed Cr.Misc.No. 6212 of 2016 before this Court. However, the status of aforesaid Cr.Misc.No. 6212 of 2016 shows as withdrawn.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner informs that a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16439 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2016 co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed vide order dated 27.6.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6212 of 2016 the Registrar (Vigilance) to make an enquiry in respect of the above stated facts and the matter is still pending for enquiry.

Regard being had to the aforesaid circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 556 of 2013, arising out of Barh P.S.Case No. 114 of 2006, is again rejected.
