The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 302, 109/34 of the Indian Penal and 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected taking into account that the petitioner was the assailant. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. A report was called for from the trial court. It has been reported that the case is fixed for argument. Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34645 of 2020(4) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 325 of 2018 arising out of Hilsa P.S. Case No. 771 of 2017 is rejected.

Learned trial court is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
