2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 64, 62, 324(4), 351(2) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. The informant, Kripa Kumari, makes allegations against her husband and in-laws of assault for the payment of Rs. 20,00,000/- (twenty lakhs rupees) and of a four-wheeler.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased and the case has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the fact that the case has been compromised between the parties, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge X Cum A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
