The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 354, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner asked the victim to stay in the school with an intention to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that there is no allegation that the petitioner did any overt act or touched the body of the victim. It is submitted that tuition fees was lying due and, that is why, this false case has been lodged by the mother of the so-called victim. The case is compromised. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 21⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
