This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of S.Tr. No.22/21/16/21 arising out of Deo P.S. Case No.69 of 2020, disclosing offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2020 and is a person with clean antecedent.

Since, the petitioner being the husband and the marriage was only less than 2 years old, the Court is not
