The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, name of the petitioner figured in the case. Petitioner is said to have confessed in paragraph 23 of the case diary and from possession of the petitioner Rs.5000/- was recovered.
It is submitted that the petitioner was not put on T.I. parade. Even the money said to have been recovered from the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. Petitioner is said to have sold the ornaments to Rajesh Kumar, who has already been

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner confessed and also disclosed that the ornament was sold to Rajesh Kumar. Rajesh also disclosed that he purchased ornaments from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2014 but he has not been put on T.I. parade nor the money recovered from his possession was put on T.I. parade although the informant claimed to identify the robbers.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 275 of 2014.
