JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of one Chhotu and Rahul came in the statement of co-accused, who was apprehended by the police and after the aforesaid disclosure, petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that prior to institution of this case petitioner was arrested by the police from his house but he was not produced before the court and thereafter wife of the petitioner filed a petition before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate mentioning the above stated fact and thereafter petitioner was produced in Tiyar P.S. Case No. 62

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21746 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 of 2014 and after that he was remanded in some other cases also. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2013.
