The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 47a of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that the 16 liter of 'mahua' and 450 kgs. of fermented 'mahua' were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
