Taking into consideration that petitioner opened fire causing fire-arm injury on the knee of informant and, furthermore, petitioner appears to be accused in altogether 17 cases of serious nature, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
