The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is one of the executive directors of OCPL company. The informant alleged that many villagers deposited money in the insurance company, but the company was closed and the officers of the company fled away with the entire money. The informant has not made any specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.03.2015.
