The petitioner seeks bail in Warisnagar P.S. Case No.283 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged that the police party has received information that some culprits are trying to commit dacoity. On this information the police party reached there and at the defined place they saw some criminals who assembled there to commit dacoity and on chase they were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner a counter made loaded pistol was recovered on which bullet of SLR was written. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22751 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months jail custody.
