The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabehganj P.S. Case No. 454/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and there being a distinct cloud on the prosecution story and also because the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
