It is alleged that one rifle along with bindolia containing seven cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-2 to this petition and submits that petitioner was license holder of aforesaid rifle and cartridges. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
