It appears that except criminal antecedent and confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Darpa P.S.Case No. 15 of 2013.
