2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 331 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the allegation, the informant was waylaid by three persons and altogether Rs. 44820/- was robbed which the informant had collected from a group of women, being a field officer of a finance company.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused Rohit Kumar and except that there is no other material against

5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Heard the parties and perused the record.

7. From the record it appears that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner in this case of robbery, wherein his name has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused.

8. Considering the nature of the allegations and the necessity of his custodial interrogation, the prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby dismissed.
