JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute and, allegedly, petitioners assaulted the injured persons causing fracture injuries on the fingers of some of the injured persons.
Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 107 of 2015.
