Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for reimbursement of medical bill of the petitioner according to him, he submitted a medical bill of Rs. 5,89,239/- whereas, the State Government has approved his medical bill of Rs. 4,14,182/- only in this regard, this application has been disposed off directing the Respondent no. 3, where the petitioner shall file a representation, showing his entitlement towards payment of the bill. If the petitioner's bill found admissible, his payment shall be made within 6 weeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.17949 of 2017(8) dt.06-02-2023 2/2 thereafter and if not, the Respondent no. 3 is directed to pass a speaking and reasoned order about non-admissibility of petitioner's medical bill within 6 weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
