2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, allegation against these petitioners is to commit loot of cattle of informant who was carrying the seized cattle in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners claim

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that these petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against them of committing loot of seized cattle.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
