Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that so called victim of the present case knitted the entire game to fetch money from his father and petitioner is said to have helped the aforesaid victim. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and no case under section 364-A of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
