2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024, lodged under Section 414 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country-made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2024 having ten criminal cases of similar and serious nature. The name of the petitioner has figured in this case due to malicious intention at the hands of his enemy.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are in total ten criminal antecedents of the petitioner of serious nature.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
