2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount in question subject to the approval of the authority concerned with respect to removal of the stone from the site in question as per the Inspection Report dated 30.07.2022 of the Respondent No. 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.8008 of 2024(3) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh and detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Nawada (Respondent No. 4) annexing all the documents in support of his claim.

4. In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner files representation before the Respondent No. 4, then the Respondent No. 4 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six weeks' from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
