2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 342, 354(B), 323, 363, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

4. Permission is granted.

5. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
