The petitioner is accused in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 944 of 2015, registered under Sections 427,457,380, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in course of investigation confessional statement of one Raj Sinha was recorded about committing theft in the house of judicial quarter by Rahul, Goldi and Suman and selling the same at scrap shop of Nitish Kumar. Thereafter, the said scrap shop was search and stolen books were recovered where the petitioner was found. Further submission is that, in fact, the petitioner is brother in law and he had gone at the house of Nitish Kumar. The petitioner

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S.
