Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 341, 323, 325, 354, 504, 379 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No. 52 of 2021.
As per allegation, petitioner no.1 entered into the house of the informant. Thereafter, petitioner no.2 also entered into her house. They outraged her modesty and assaulted her.

No.44297 of 2021(3) dt.28-06-2022 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there was some dispute between the maternal uncle of the petitioners and the informant's side. The petitioners are not the co-villagers of the informant, rather they had gone to their maternal uncle's house and they were falsely implicated as there was land dispute between the maternal uncle of the petitioners and the informant's side. She has also submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature. The learned APP for the State, though opposed the prayer for bail, but fairly conceded that the injuries are simple in nature.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Vandana, J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.Case No. 52 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by
